We invest in relationships with young professionals and people preparing to enter the workforce. These actions focus on partnerships with universities and junior enterprises as well as being present as ambassadors of major career fairs.

Our Programs

We believe in a high-performance culture, meritocracy and talent recognition. Therefore, we have programs that value the contribution of each employee towards the Company’s performance.

Potenciar (“Empowering”)

The Empowering program is a transversal and multi-platform program that brings together the Company's potential talents, who undergo a development acceleration process with specific formations. The program connects its participants with new organizational trends so they can contribute to the transformation process of the business.

Academia Votorantim

This program acts as a connection hub between portfolio companies and the movements and new patterns of society, businesses and the planet. Our goal is to stimulate the exchange of experiences among individuals and challenge them to new ideas and places. The program offers employee-only modules as well as access to content and events to the general public, inspiring and fostering creativity, a collaborative culture and entrepreneurship.

Internship

Currently considered our main "doorway" for young individuals, the Internship program promotes corporate experiences and trains professionals. The program lasts one year and is divided into: 70% on-the-job training, with the execution of activities and projects within their work area, 20% towards networking and relationships and 10% in traditional training.

Votorantim Development System (“SDV”)

Focused on future performance, SDV is geared toward employees’ individual developments. All professionals participate in an assessment process that seeks to generate awareness on their strengths, talents and potential. The purpose of SDV is to align people with the organization through self-knowledge, allowing each person to learn more about their identity and purpose. Thus, we encourage people to be the protagonists of their choices by having honest conversations on what is expected of each individual’s work and what they desire in terms of career.
